Öffnungszeiten für Abholung und Rückgabe / Opening Hours for pickup and return
Wir haben am Montag, Dienstag, Donnerstag und Freitag von 10.00 bis 18.00 Uhr geöffnet, am Samstag von 9.00 bis 16.00 Uhr. Das Abholen und die Rückgabe des Leihrads ist ausschließlich innerhalb unserer Öffnungszeiten möglich. Mittwochs, Sonntags und Feiertags haben wir geschlossen. Das Ausleihen eines Fahrrads ist tageweise, für ein Wochenende oder wochenweise möglich, ein Verleih auf Stunden ist nicht möglich.
Aktion: Wir haben über Fronleichnam geschlossen, sprich von 18.6. bis 22.6. Wenn du von 17.6. bis 23.6. ein Rad per Email an office@starbike.at buchst, zahlst du nur ein Wochenende, also 89€ bzw. 99€ Leihgebühr.
Wenn du ein Fahrrad für ein Wochenende buchen möchtest, musst du als Abholzeit Freitag, 17.00 Uhr angeben und als Rückgabezeit Montag, 11.00 Uhr. Wenn du dann ein Fahrrad auswählst, wird dir der Wochenendtarif verrechnet. Falsche Buchungen können wir leider nicht kostenlos stornieren.
Our shop is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm, on Saturdays from 9 am to 4 pm. Pickup and return is only possible during our business hours, we are closed on Wednesdays, Sundays and bank holidays. You can rent bikes for a day, for the weekend or for a week, we don’t offer hourly rentals.
Special: Our shop is closed from June 18th to June 22nd. If you book a bike from June 17th to June 23rd via mail at office@starbike.at, you only pay 89€ or 99€.
Important note: If you want to book a bike for the weekend, please choose 5.00pm on Friday as pick up time and 11.00 am on Monday as drop off. You will then be able to book the bike with the discount for the weekend. We cannot delete wrong bookings without charges, unfortunately.
Unsere Leihräder haben als Standardausstattung Flaschenhalter, Ersatzschlauch und eine Pumpe dabei. Pedale sind inkludiert, es können Flatpedals (für normale Sportschuhe), SPD-SL, SPD oder Look Keo montiert werden. / Our rental bikes come with a spare tube, bottle cages and a pump. Pedals are included, we can mount flat pedals, SPD-SL, SPD or Look Keo.
